Peter Schofield has a keen eye for client business and operational development opportunities, which galvanise the results for which Schofield Britten projects are renowned. Peter was one of the earliest pioneers of the employer brand, incorporating the link between business need and workplace behavioural types into key communications. Over the past 20 years his methods have helped over 700 organisations attract, motivate and retain thousands of key people.
Sam Ford applies strong analytical, detailed process and communication systems expertise to Schofield Britten projects. Sam worked in actuaries for a number of years, before applying his skills to manage national projects on behalf of the British Standards Institute. An excellent client services manager, Sam is responsible for ensuring that our projects deliver results for our clients down to the smallest detail.
Nick Britten, Principal Media Consultant, is one of the UK’s leading journalists with more than nine years experience as a senior correspondent with the Daily Telegraph. Nick advises organisations on the newsworthiness of their message and the most appropriate channel of communication to exploit in today’s multi-media world. Nick also works closely with the Schofield Britten copy writing team to develop and place targeted media campaigns.
